Took some more pictures of the overpass mural today. There was no activity over the weekend, but the kids were hard at work today.
I might have stylized this picture just a little.

Americans today are no wiser than the Europeans who saw democracy yield to fascism, Naziism, or communism in the twentiety century. Our one advantage is that we might learn from their experience. Now is a good time to do so.

The kids were hard at the back of my building over the 4th of July. Evidently there is some Graffiti "artist" war going on behind my building. It is refreshing to see them guided into a collaberation that uplifts the neighborhood, like this one. Oh yeah, I don't aprove of such obviously "manipulated" images. :)
I loved the manipulated image! Makes the artists appear to be part of their work. Wonderful!
