Sarah's Speech
I thought she did okay. The hockey mom joke was good. But the speech was dripping with sarcasm most of the time, and I'm not sure sarcasm works too well in this setting.
I thought the "inspiring with deeds" vs. "inspiring with speeches" thing would work better for them if they weren't so nasty as a group. The Texans chanting "zero, zero, zero" when Obama's name was mentioned are called out for special mention. I just don't remember people being so ugly at the Democratic convention.
Correct me if I'm wrong.
Suellen was totally disgusted with Giuliani, and for her it went downhill from there.
